WAKEFORCE respects your privacy and local device integrity. This Privacy Policy details how our self-discipline alarm application manages, protects, and handles your data to comply with Google Play Console policies.

1. User Personal Data Collection

WAKEFORCE collects limited personal information to establish, sync, and maintain your account profiles:

• Email Address & Display Name: Collected during sign-up or Google Sign-In to secure your account credentials.
• Usage Statistics & Gamification: Streaks, levels, badge achievements, and alarm completion history are collected and backed up to our Firebase Firestore servers.
• Purchase & Subscription Status: We track premium membership eligibility (Pro status) via RevenueCat. Financial transactions are processed securely by Google Play Billing; WAKEFORCE never accesses or stores your credit card details.
• Device Push Tokens: Collected via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver morning alerts, streak reminders, and leaderboard updates.
• Diagnostics: We collect anonymous crash reporting and performance metrics via Firebase Crashlytics and Google Analytics.

2. Justification of Advanced Device Permissions & Diagnostics

WAKEFORCE requests specific permissions and conducts checks required for specialized accountability, anti-cheat safety, and wake-up challenges:

• SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW (Draw Over Other Apps): Required to overlay the active alarm controls on top of the lock screen so you cannot close or ignore the alarm.
• CAMERA: Used strictly in real-time during Photo, Barcode, and QR Code scanning missions. All image processing occurs on-device; images are never saved, stored, or transmitted to any server.
• ACTIVITY_RECOGNITION / BODY_SENSORS: Used to track steps or physical shakes during step-counting and motion challenges to verify you have physically walked out of bed.
• DISABLE_KEYGUARD / DEVICE_ADMIN: Optional features to lock down settings controls or bypass standard keyguards, ensuring you complete your morning missions.
• Anti-Cheat & Automation Detection: The application locally inspects the device for active accessibility services and auto-clicker software during alarm missions to ensure game and leaderboard integrity. No telemetry or listings of your installed applications are transmitted or stored off-device.

3. Account & Data Deletion (Google Play Compliant)

WAKEFORCE respects your right to control your personal data. You can permanently delete your account at any time directly from the **Profile > Settings** screen in the application. Once triggered:

• Your Firebase Authentication credentials are deleted.
• All personal info, subscription flags, alarm configuration details, streaks, daily stats, and historical telemetry are permanently purged from all database servers and collections.
• Guest Accounts Cleanup: To optimize database resources, anonymous guest accounts that are completely inactive for more than 7 consecutive days are automatically deleted from Firebase, along with all associated sync telemetry.

4. COPPA & Children's Privacy

WAKEFORCE is not designed or intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
